Julia Ann Charpentier is a freelance writer and editor. She holds a Master of Arts in the Humanities from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Her articles, interviews, and reviews have appeared in trade and consumer publications. She edits fiction and nonfiction for independent book publishers.
