Originally from Massachusetts, Kate Harrington just recently moved to Washington, D.C. While studying political science at Providence College, Kate did a semester abroad in Florence, Italy studying both politics and art and developed a passion for traveling and meeting new people. Now, after receiving her Master’s from Northeastern University, Kate is enjoying traveling along the East Coast and discovering the many festivals and art exhibits that can be found from New England down to the Mid-Atlantic. In her free time, Kate enjoys experimenting with her own artwork, claiming photography and painting as her hobbies.
