Marianna Jamadi is an inspiring photojournalist based in New York City with the appetite for world travels. She caught the travel bug early as she traveled often as a child to visit her parents’ native lands of Finland and Indonesia. Her interest in photography was sparked in college and the fire never quelled. Born in California, she moved to New York after college to pursue fashion, only to find herself back behind the lens. She was a contributor at sosauce.com where she wrote travel reviews and documented all her adventures. While her body of work weaves through all subjects and topics, travel and documentary photography is at the base of her passion. She aims to use photography as a catalyst for conversation and discussion. If photos speak, the hope is people will too. Her personal portfolio can be viewed at http://www.mariannajamadi.com
