A native of Warsaw, Poland, Olga Zapisek currently resides in New York City and has a passion for all things artistic. She acquired a Bachelor of Science in journalism at St. John’s University and a Master of Science in Publishing: Digital and Print Media at NYU. Besides being the founder, editor in chief and publisher of GALO Magazine, Olga also manages the digital magazine’s social media accounts and leads its marketing and PR efforts. Her work has been previously published in Chic Today, Scene 360, Substream Music Press, The New Britain Herald, The Post Eagle and Nowy Dziennik, among others. When she’s not immersed in the world of media and writing, she can be found watching movies/TV, making arts and crafts, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
