A Little Bit of Summer in Your Glass
PEACHY KEEN SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle dry white wine (Pinot Grigio works well)
¾ cup peach Schnapps
6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
¾ lb peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
¾ cup blueberries
¾ cup blackberries
STEPS
1.Combine wine, Schnapps, and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher and stir until concentrate is dissolved.
2.Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least two hours.
3.Serve over ice. Cut with club soda or ginger ale, if desired.
Note: The longer the sangria refrigerates, the more potent the fruit chunks will be.
